Dekoy sacredscripts is an artist from Saskatoon, Sk who's real name is Dakota Shepherd , Dakota is a first nations artist born & raised in Saskatoon but originally from "White Bear First Nation" . Born & raised in the inner city of Saskatoon "Dekoy" used music as a way to escape & inspire others to see the great in them selves, going on to 8 years sober also using another outlet such as powwow (grass) dancing "Dekoy" has travelled to many first nations communities to dance & speak about his story on how he used failure to create success .
Owner & operator of the clothing brand/record label “Love 4 the Culture” we have been able to reach thousands of youth across Canada & into the United States without radio play or any from of media marketing .
with over 10million views (on all youtube platforms) we continue grow & reach fans all across north America & across the world (according to our online analytics).
Dekoy Sacred scripts is also a free lance Videographer/Audio engineer who has worked with most of the Saskatchewan local hiphop scene , Dekoy has been producing beats & writing songs since the age of 12 & started live dance performing in public at 13. over the years he’s developed into a power house handing everything from the production into the business & social media marking side.
